The LilyPad E-Sewing ProtoSnap is a great way to explore how buttons and switches behave in simple e-sewing circuits before crafting your project.
This is the LilyPad Rainbow LED strip, with seven LilyPad LEDs that are still attached to one another, letting you snap LEDs apart at your leisure to sew into clothing or whatever else you can dream up.
Sure, your flashing, chip-tune playing T-shirt is really cool at the party… but at some point you need to turn it off. And yes, you could just pull the battery, or maybe you’ve even sewn a LilyPad slide switch in-line. Wouldn’t it be nice if there was just a switch on the battery? Well, look no further.
Using our muscles to control things is the way that most of us are accustomed to doing it. We push buttons, pull levers, move joysticks … but what if we could take the buttons, levers and joysticks out of the equation?
We know you love adding color to your e-textiles, adding the LilyPad Pixel Board to your project will only make it better. The pixel board is equipped with a WS2812B which is actually an RGB LED with a WS2811 built right into the LED!
Designed to give the user a low profile button without any sharp edges. Button closes when you push it and opens when you release (momentary push button).
This is a simple slide switch for the LilyPad. Use it as a simple ON/OFF switch, or to control LEDs, buzzers, sensors, etc.
This is a three axis accelerometer for the LilyPad system. Based on the ADXL335 MEMS accelerometer from Analog Devices, the LilyPad Accelerometer can detect joint movement as well as inclination and vibration.
